Heptron is a company based in St Helens, Merseyside. We work with a close network of local engineering companies, scientists and universities to develop renewable energy innovations and automated manufacturing processes.

The company was set up to develop an idea for converting low grade waste heat in to usable electricity. One idea has led to another and now due to massive market demand brought about by climate change, the company is focused on commercialising a new form of energy storage and a new form of Savonius wind turbine.

Our new form of energy storage uses no chemical, produces no pollution and all of the components used can easily be recycled. Our wind turbines are used to capture and transfer energy to our energy storage systems without the use of electrical cables. Using advanced control systems, we now have the ability to drastically improve the efficiency of large renewable energy generating systems.
